Terms of service

Effective date: August 5, 2026. Private-beta draft.

These terms govern blankground. We will add operator, address, governing-law, and notice details before launch. By using the beta, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and authority

You must be able to enter an agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority. You are responsible for your workspace and credentials.

Accounts and credentials

Use an email you control. Protect sessions, keys, secrets, codes, and linked accounts. Tell us about suspected compromise. We may revoke or rotate credentials for safety.

Customer content

You keep your content rights. You let blankground host, transform, send, and delete content only to run, secure, support, and legally operate the service. You confirm you may process it.

Beta service and credits

The beta includes 7 anonymous previews a day and 100 workspace credits a month. Limits may change with notice. Credits have no cash value, do not roll over, and are not transferable. Payments are off.

API and automated use

Follow API limits, authenticate requests, use idempotency keys, secure downloads, and retry safely. Do not bypass quotas, probe other workspaces, overload systems, or resell access in a harmful way.

Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. We may investigate suspected violations and suspend activity when reasonably necessary to prevent harm.

Availability and changes

The beta may change or stop. Test data may be lost. We may update features, limits, models, and interfaces. Versioned APIs get reasonable migration support. There is no beta uptime SLA.

Retention and deletion

Files expire after 24 hours. Download what you need. Account deletion revokes credentials and schedules deletion, subject to security, backup, dispute, and legal needs.

Third-party channels

Telegram, Adobe, and other connected services apply their own terms. We do not control their availability or data use.

Suspension and termination

You may leave and delete your account. We may suspend or end access for breach, risk, abuse, law, or beta shutdown. When practical, we will warn you and let you export available data.

Disclaimers and liability

The beta is provided “as is” where law allows. Masks can be wrong and need review. Liability exclusions and the final cap will follow applicable law and be completed with operator details before launch.
