Privacy policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026. Private-beta draft.

This policy covers the blankground site, app, API, Telegram bot, and Photoshop plugin. We will add operator details before launch. Questions: privacy@blankground.ru.

Information we process

Account and workspace data

Email address, sign-in events, workspace membership, language, API-key metadata, webhook configuration, linked Telegram identifiers, Photoshop device authorization, and account settings.

Customer content

Images, masks, previews, edits, presets, exports, and archives. We use them to run and protect the service, troubleshoot with permission, and follow the law.

Technical and usage data

Request identifiers, timestamps, job stages, dimensions, media type, file size, model and pipeline version, latency, error codes, device/session identifiers, security logs, and coarse HMAC-derived network signals used for anonymous limits. We do not store raw IP addresses in the anonymous quota ledger.

Purposes and legal bases

We use data to provide and secure blankground, prevent abuse, keep it reliable, contact you, and follow the law. Optional uses require separate consent that you can withdraw.

Retention

Files expire 24 hours after processing. Download links last ten minutes. Job, credit, and security records may remain until account deletion or as required for security, disputes, or law. Backups expire on rotation.

Training and benchmarks

Customer uploads are not used to train models or build benchmarks without a clear opt-in. Saying no does not limit the product.

Service providers and transfers

We may use infrastructure, storage, email, monitoring, and communication providers under contract. We will publish the provider list before launch. Telegram and Adobe apply their own terms.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with workspace members, required providers, confidential advisers, or authorities when legally required or needed to prevent serious harm.

Security

We use encrypted transport, hashed secrets, scoped access, workspace isolation, short-lived links, private services, safe decoding, and audit logs. Report concerns to security@blankground.ru.

Your choices and rights

Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or consent withdrawal. We may verify your identity and keep records required by law or security.

Children

blankground is not directed to children and is not intended for processing children’s personal data without appropriate authority.

Changes

Material changes receive a revised effective date and reasonable notice. The version effective when data was processed remains available on request.
