Upload JPEG, PNG, WebP, or AVIF from 32×32 pixels up to 25 megapixels and 50 MB.
If the edge needs work
Use Restore to bring the subject back. Use Erase to remove background. Start with a large soft brush, then tighten corners with a small hard brush. Use AI points for isolated fixes and edge cleanup for hair halos.
Choosing an export
- PNG for lossless transparency and design handoff.
- WebP for smaller transparent web assets.
- JPEG when the destination requires a solid background.
- Color + alpha ZIP for pipelines that keep color and mask separate.
- PSD for layered Photoshop handoff.
Reporting a problem
Send the job ID, time, channel, image size, expected result, and export format. Never send credentials. Files expire after 24 hours, so contact us quickly.
