Acceptable use policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026.

Only process content you have the right to use. Do not use blankground to:

• Violate law, court orders, sanctions, intellectual-property rights, privacy, publicity, or contractual restrictions.
• Facilitate exploitation, sexual abuse, non-consensual intimate imagery, stalking, unlawful surveillance, harassment, threats, or discrimination.
• Process biometric or similarly sensitive imagery in a way that requires authorization you do not have.
• Distribute malware, phishing, fraud, deceptive impersonation, or content intended to bypass security controls.
• Probe, scan, attack, reverse engineer beyond rights granted by law, access another tenant, or interfere with service integrity.
• Circumvent quotas, create coordinated anonymous identities, automate abusive traffic, or monopolize shared capacity.
• Use outputs as proof that an image is authentic, unedited, legally cleared, or safe without independent review.

Enforcement

We may limit, reject, suspend, or end access to stop or investigate abuse. We consider intent, impact, history, and remediation. Ask for a review at abuse@blankground.ru.

Reporting

Send relevant URLs, job IDs, dates, and your authority to report. Never send illegal content unless we provide a secure channel.
